When the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri M. Vivekananda Reddy, leamed Additionat Public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.2, submitted that the cause in the present criminal petition does not survive, on the ground that during the pendency of this criminal petition, P.R.C. No. 1 3 of 20 I 5 was committed to the learned Principal District and Sesslons Judge; Medchal-Malkajgiri District, and the same was numbered as S.C. No.l33 of 20L6. The petitioners, namely accused Nos. l, 2, 5, 6, 7 and 8, filed an application in Crl.M.P.No.63 of 20 l6 seeking discharge in S.C. No.l33 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(ii) and 324 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The
learned Sessions Judge dismissed the said applicaticr along with Crl.M.P.Nos.27, 28 and 29 of 2022 by a commor order dated 05.09.2022. Aggrieved by the said order, accused ll rs.l,2, 6, 7 and 8 filed Crl. R.C.No.8 I 0 of 2022. [n view of the san ,e, the cause in the present criminal petition does not survive.
2. The above submission is not dir puted by Sri K. Venumadhav, leamed counsel for the petition: in Crl.R.C. No.810 of 2022.
