Subhash Reddy) Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the subject matter of this Tax Revision Case is squarely covered by the order, dated 28.08.2014, rendered by a Division Bench of this Court in T.R.C.No.240 of 2001.

In view of the above, following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Tax Revision Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
