THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.25744 of 2009 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief. "... to issue an order or writ one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 4 & 5 in interfering with quarrying and transportation of the petitioner from his leased area in Sy.Nos.251/1, 25/2, 251/9 at Vemnur village, Mahaboobabad Mandal, Warangal District pursuant to lease granted to the 1st respondent in proceedings No.10144/R6-1/09, dt. 30.04.2009 and the action of the 4th respondent in not registering the complaint lodged by the petitioner against 6th and 7th respondent as arbitrary, illegal, unsustainable and in violation of fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19, 21 & 300-A of Constitution of India and A.P. Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1966 and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interests of Justice."

This Court, by order dated 30.11.2009, directed respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere with the quarrying and transportation conducted by the petitioner from its leased area in Survey Nos.251/1, 25/2 and 251/9 at Vemnur Village, Mahaboobabad Mandal, Warangal District. In view of the said interim order, which is subsisting as on today, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
