The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent in proposing to demolish the structure at Door No.7-29-3, Baruvari Street, T.Nagar, Rajahmundry, East Godavari District, pursuant to notice dated 19.7.2013 in Ref.U.C.B.A.No.168/2008/G4/BO-VII as illegal and arbitrary When the matter came up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, submits that the building of the petitioner has been regularized and that no orders are necessary in the writ petition. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent, no orders are necessary in the writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
