In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondent Nos.2 to 4 not to renew the license in favour of respondent Nos.6 and 7 for the period 2019-20 with respect to wine shop Nos.24 and 25 of Main Road of Sivunipally Gram Panchayat, Ghanpur Mandal, Warangal District.

As per the writ affidavit, the petitioner submitted his objections by setting out the reasons as to why the license shall not be renewed in favour of respondent Nos.6 and 7.

Inasmuch as the petitioner had already submitted his objections before the Licensing Authority, the latter shall take into consideration the same before renewing the license in favour of respondent Nos.6 and 7.

Subject to the above, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. _________________________ CHALLA KODANDA RAM, J Dt:19.09.2019 kdl
