HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI Writ Petition No.28243 of 2017 Order: (per V.Ramasubramanian, J.) The petitioner came up with the above writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to allow her to enrol under Category-B and C for admission to the Under Graduate Medical Courses for the academic year 2017-18.

2. On 24-8-2017, this Court passed the following interim order:

"Mr. A.Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the 3rd respondent-University.

Following the similar orders passed in other cases, there will be an interim direction permitting the petitioner to approach the University and enrol for Category B & C seats. The petitioner may be considered according to his eligibility and ranking to the Category for which she is entitled.

Post after two weeks."

3. Pursuant to the interim order, the petitioner was permitted to upload the application forms and participate in the counselling. The petitioner was granted a seat and she has joined MBBS Course. Therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. The admission granted to the petitioner under Category-B/C shall be treated as regular. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs. __________________________ V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J.
