Sri Nayakawadi Ramesh, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that pursuant to interim directions granted by the Tribunal, transfer counselling was conducted by awarding points and in view of the same, the cause in the Writ Petitions (TR) does not survive for adjudication and the Writ Petitions (TR) have become infructuous. A letter dated 20.07.2017 to that effect is filed by learned counsel for the petitioners. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petitions (TR) are dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petitions (TR) shall stand closed.
