This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in demolishing the compound walls of the petitioners' property in various survey numbers situated at Nizampet Village and Gram Panchayat, Kutbullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, without giving any notice or following due process of law, as illegal and arbitrary. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 27.07.2015 in W.P.No.19164 of 2011 and the same is not disputed by Sri G. Narender Reddy, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. Since, the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the above order, for the reasons alike in the above writ petition, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the said order.
