HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 632 of 2015 and WRIT PETITION No.20112 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr.S.Niranjan Reddy, learned counsel for the respondentinstitution/college fairly submits that since students are not admitted for the academic year 2015-16 for three courses, namely B.Tech (Mining Engineering), B.Tech (CSE) and B.Tech (EEE), the writ petition itself may be disposed of as infructuous. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous. As a consequence, the writ appeal also stands disposed of. It is made clear that the order impugned in the writ appeal renders ineffective insofar as the respondent-institution/college is concerned. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
