THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 2912 of 2015 Order: (per Sri Sanjay Kumar,J) Sri S. Appadhara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the impugned demand notice was subsequently withdrawn by the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation vide letter dated 09.02.2015.

In that view of the matter, the issue raised in this Writ Petition no longer survives for consideration.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
