Durga Prasad Rao) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. It is informed that the Tax Appeal No.235 of 2017 is pending before the Value Added Tax Appellate Tribunal, Visakhapatnam.

In that view of the matter there shall be stay as prayed for, on condition of the petitioner depositing 50% of the disputed amount within four (4) weeks subject to giving credit of any amount already deposited.

With this direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
