The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is the inaction of respondent No.5-Station House Officer, Narsingi Police Station, in not registering the First Information Report, pursuant to his complaint dated 27.08.2019.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 18.09.2019, would submit that subsequent to the complaint filed by the petitioner, a letter was addressed on 16.09.2019 informing the petitioner that after enquiring into the said complaint, it revealed that the matter in dispute is civil in nature and the dispute is pending before the Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XVII Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad in O.S.No.79 of 2018. He would further submit that in respect of the same dispute, there has been earlier complaint, against which Crime No.492 of 2019 dated 15.07.2019 was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and investigation has been taken up.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the Writ Petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
