HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10300 OF 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed revision under Section 9 of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, before the 2nd respondent against the order dated 28.10.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent in D.Dis.No.(B)789/2014, and that record was also called for and notices were issued to the petitioner on 16.12.2015. But, no orders are passed in the revision, till date. Meanwhile, the respondent authorities are trying to give effect to the orders dated 28.10.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent has no power to cancel the Pattadar Pass Books and title deeds.

In view of the facts and circumstances, since petitioner has already filed revision before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and 5th respondent. Till disposal of the revision, the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 28.10.2015, shall remain stayed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
