THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20327 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "In these circumstances and for the reasons stated above, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble may be pleased to issue an order, direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ and further direct the 2nd respondent to disperse the pending applications for Plot No.654 located in Survey Nos.61, 62, 64, 65, 67, 68/1, 68/2, 69, 69/1, 70, 70/1, 71, 72, 72/1, 73, 76, 77, 85, 85/1, 86, 94, 120 to 126 of 126 situated at "Sreeram Nagar Colony" of Puppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, (presently Gandipet Mandal), Ranga Reddy District, as arbitrary, illegal and without jurisdiction besides violating the petitioners' rights guaranteed under Articles 14 and 19(1)(g) of the Constitution of India."

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order dated 06.09.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.25959 of 2018. Learned Standing Counsel for Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority appearing for the second respondent does not dispute the aforesaid submission.

Relevant portion of the aforesaid order reads as under: "Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the application dated 31.12.2012 said to have been filed by

CKR, J W.P.No.20327 of 2019 the petitioner for regularization of plot No.262 in Survey Nos.61, 62, 64, 65, 68/1, 68/2, 69, 69/1, 70, 70/1, 71, 72, 72/1, 73, 76, 77, 85, 85/1, 86, 94, 120, 121, 122 to 126 of Puppalaguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal (presently Gandipet Mandal), Ranga Reddy District, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as per law."

In those circumstances, following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.

Office to annex a copy of the order dated 06.09.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.25959 of 2018 to this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
