When the matter was listed on 24.08.2017, there was no representation for the appellants and, therefore, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. However, on 31.08.2017, learned counsel for the appellants sought adjournment and, accordingly, the Registry was directed to list the matter today. Today, despite the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation for the appellants. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 10 is present. Hence, the present appeal suit stands dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this appeal, shall stand closed.
