It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment reported in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary v. State of A.P rep. by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad1 and same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the judgment reported in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary v. State of A.P rep. by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department, Hyderabad (supra).
