The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels.

I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in crime No.446 of 2015 of Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448 & 323 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of SC & ST (POA) Act by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the accused in crime No.446 of 2015 of Saroornagar Police Station, Cyberabad, are hereby quashed, accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled.
