Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner mainly contends that the grievance of the petitioner, as put forth in the petitioner's detailed representation dated 28.11.2018 addressed to respondent No.1, was in fact forwarded to the Secretary, National Institute of Open Schooling, Noida, by the Regional Director, National Institute of Open Schooling, vide Proceedings No.393-11/2011/NOIS/RC-Hyd/87, dated 28.11.2018. However, the impugned order dated 12.03.2021 was passed without considering the specific pleas as put forth by the petitioner in the said representation dated 28.11.2018.

The impugned order issued by respondent No.1 neither refers to the said representation nor the pleas put forth thereunder, nor does it discuss the same. The request of the petitioner, made in the said representation dated 28.11.2018, which had been officially forwarded to respondent No.1 on the same day, was completely ignored.

At the request of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, to obtain instructions, list the matter on 06.08.2025 under the caption "FOR ORDERS".
