From a perusal of the said written instructions, it is revealed that the allegation made by the petitioners that the 2nd respondent is interfering in the possession of the petitioners' land is false and denied, since the 2nd respondent never interfered in the civil issues of the petitioners at any point of time. It is also further mentioned that already W.P.No.39432 of 2013 was filed in this Court and the same is pending consideration and as such, the 2nd respondent never interfered in the above issue.

5.

In the light of the specific instructions, this Court is of the opinion that there are no merits in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
