THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO I.A.NO.2 OF 2018 IN/AND CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1280 of 2018 ORDER:

Challenging the judgment dated 30.04.2018 passed by the Special Judge for Economic Offences-cum-VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad in Crl.A.No.439 of 2017 confirming the conviction and sentence imposed in C.C.No.23 of 2016 by the VIII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad dated 06.04.2017, the present revision is preferred by the accused. The de facto complainant-first respondent in the revision filed I.A.No.

2 of 2018 stating that pending the revision, due to the intervention of elders and well-wishers she has entered into compromise by way of entering into a memorandum of understanding with the revision petitioner-accused and settled all the disputes out of the Court amicably and therefore, prayed to grant permission to compound the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and to set aside the conviction and sentence imposed against the accused. To that effect, both the parties as well as their counsel have signed on the compromise petition. The parties, who are present in the Court, are identified by one another and also by their respective counsel. Accordingly, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is ordered and the compromise is recorded.

Consequent thereto, the Criminal Revision Case is allowed in terms of the compromise entered by the parties setting aside the judgment in C.C.No.23 of 2016 by the VIII Special Magistrate, Hyderabad dated 06.04.

Crl.A.No.439 of 2017, dated 30.04.2018 by the Special Judge for Economic Offences-cum-VIII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at Hyderabad.
