Upon hearing both sides at the admission stage, the following order is passed:

2. Having regard to the prima facie accusation made in the F.I.R, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. Therefore, investigation shall go on. However, considering the old age of the petitioner/A.1, the police of I Town Police Station, Proddatur, Kadapa District, are directed not to arrest the petitioner/A.1 during the course of investigation. The petitioner shall co-operate with the Investigating Agency for smooth completion of investigation.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
