THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.16809 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.Srinivas Ambati and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents. The counsel for petitioner, keeping in view, the reply of respondent No.4 does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to raise all objections before the 4th respondent and requests the Court to direct the 4th respondent to consider the objections raised in fact and law and pass orders.

Writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to petitioner to raise all the objections within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and this Court has no reason to doubt the 4th respondent will consider the objections and pass orders as are deemed fit in law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
