Learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that while the respondents were trying to disengage the services of the petitioners, the present writ petition is filed, and that this Court was pleased to issue interim direction to engage the services of the petitioners as and when there is work, and by virtue of the said interlocutory order, the petitioners are being continued. 2.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners was not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In view of the above submission and in view of the interlocutory order passed by this Court, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
