This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Cr.No.312 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, II Town Police Station, Ananthapur, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354 (a) and 506 of IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/accused seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner/accused to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is accorded.
