HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No. 13154 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to set aside the orders passed in Crl.M.P No. 433 of 2013 in S.C.No. 41 of 2012 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for SC & ST Cases -cum- VII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Warangal. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 23.06.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Bhupalpally Police Station, Warangal District and submitted that the case was ended in conviction on 11.12.2014 and therefore, the petition which is filed to set aside the orders in Crl.M.P. No. 433 of 2013 in S.C.No. 41 of 2012 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed. 3.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
