THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 20350 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner questions the action of the respondents in not issuing new pattadar pass book in the place of old pattadar pass book with respect to her land admeasuring Acs.5.00 guntas in Survey No.778 situated at Ananthagiri Village and Mandal, Suryapet District.

It is the case of the petitioner that she submitted representations dated 22.04.2019 and 27.05.2019 before the first and second respondents for issuance of new pattadar pass book in her favour.

It is to be noted that entitlement for grant of e-title pass book is governed by Circular-1 bearing Ref.No.

CMRO/342/2017 dated 09.09.2017 issued by the Office of Chief Commissioner of Land Administration.

In those circumstances, the third respondent - Tahsildar, Ananthagiri Mandal, Kodad, Suryapet District, shall consider the application of the petitioner and take a decision thereon in terms of Circular-1 bearing Ref.No.CMRO/342/2017 dated 09.09.2017 issued by the Office of Chief Commissioner of Land

CKR, J W.P.No.20350 of 2019 Administration and communicate the same to the petitioner. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
