THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.5332 OF 2017 ORDER :

Heard. With the consent of both counsel, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

Petitioner earlier worked as Home Guard. His services were terminated by order dated 28.02.2009/03.03.2009. It appears petitioner submitted representation on 09.04.2015 against the said termination praying to grant the relief of reinstatement. Alleging that so far no orders are passed on the said representation and without following the due process illegally he was terminated, this writ petition is filed.

Since a representation is made by the petitioner against the order of termination, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion at this stage and to entertain the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Additional Director General of Police (Home Guards)-2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 09.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law within a period of two

(2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
