THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION No.5489 OF 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.3, for grant of bail in Crime No.244 of 2017 of Korutla Police Station, Jagtial District, registered originally as man missing and subsequently altered for the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 364, 302 and 201 of I.P.C. and 27(1) of the Arms Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3 and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondentState and perused the record. 3.

There is specific allegation against the petitioner/A.3 that he along with other accused caused the death of the deceased Raj Mohammed. There is specific mention that the petitioner/A.3 along with other accused caught hold the deceased tightly and facilitated the death caused by A.1. There are specific and grave allegations. The imprisonment for the alleged offences may extend for life. The investigation is in progress. The release of the petitioner /A.3 would hinder the investigation. There is possibility of threatening the witnesses. There are no circumstances to consider the bail application.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
