State of Panjab in Crl.A.No.462 of 2018 SLP(Crl).No. 8184 of 2017, dt.27.03.2018 that question of anticipatory bail does not arise for the limitations specifically required to be considered u/ sec.37 of the NDPS Act, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. However, it will not prejudice if at all to surrender and move for regular bail to decide on own merits.
