In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner/Accused No.21 is already detained under the Andhra Pradesh Prevention of Dangerous activities of Boot Leggers, Dacoits, Drug Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders and Land Grabbers Act, 1986, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission as sought for is accorded.
