This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.4, under Section 438 Cr.P.C. to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.79 of 2018 on the file of the Station House Officer, Hayathnagar Police Station, Ranga Reddy District. 2.
At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing of the present Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
