CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.30171 of 2017 07.09.2017 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider and accord notional seniority; notional fixation of pay on par with the candidates recruited through District Selection Committee (DSC) - 2012 and payment of monetary benefits from the date of joining service in pursuance of order, dated 05.11.2015, in O.A.No.4800 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Services (T.S.) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 has drawn our attention to the cause title in W.P.No.30143 of 2017, which is also listed today, which revealed that petitioner No.3 herein viz., Sevya Naik, S/o Lachyanaik is also petitioner No.3 in W.P.No.30143 of 2017. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that as he is not the counsel in W.P.No.30143 of 2017, he is not aware of the said fact.

Petitioner No.3 ought not to have joined petitioner Nos.1 and 2 in filing the present writ petition having already joined the other petitioners in filing W.P.No.30143 of 2017. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed, however, with liberty to petitioner Nos.1 and 2 to file a fresh writ petition. 4.

As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.37596 of 2017 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
