ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in considering the petitioner's representation, dated 29.01.2015, seeking not to grant building permission over plot No.16, H.No.

11-1-699/1 in old survey Nos.768 and 769, new survey No.104, Chilkalguda, as illegal and arbitrary. At the hearing, Mr.Abhinav Krishna, learned counsel representing Mr.B.L.Shashank Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.45903 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
