HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23644 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to quash order dated 27.12.1999 in S.A.No.200 of 1993 passed by respondent No.1 after calling for the records on the file of the Second Appellate Authority-cum-Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Hyderabad.

2. This Court by order dated 28.10.2003 in W.P.M.P.No.29711 of 2003 granted interim suspension of the order dated 27.12.1999 in S.A.No.200 of 1993 passed by respondent No.1 and further ordered that respondent-workman is entitled to withdraw the amount already deposited with the appellate authority, without furnishing any security.

3. Advocate for petitioner submitted that in view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

4. Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order.

5. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
