ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the order, dated 05.9.2011, passed by respondent No.2 in E.C.P.No.142 of 2011, as null and void.
At the hearing, Mr.V.H.V.R.R.Swamy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the above submission of the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.31667 of 2011 shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
