THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.25962 of 2017 ORDER:

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in an identical set of circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.25003 of 2017 on 27.07.2017 and a copy of the said order is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material paper. The penultimate paragraph of the said order reads as under: "In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order, dated 25.07.2017, passed by this Court in W.P.No.24498 of 2017 and batch directing the petitioner to submit explanation to the show cause notice within a period of one week from today and thereafter, it is open for the respondents to take further action and pass final orders after affording opportunity to the petitioner without being influenced by any of the observations made in this order. Till passing of final orders, the impugned order shall stand suspended. No order as to costs." Following the above said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
