THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 38253 of 2013 ORDER :
This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with peaceful possession and enjoyment of the lands of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.0.39 cents in Sy. No. 156/2, an extent of Ac.0.28 cents in Sy.No.157/1, an extent of Ac. 0.42 cents in 157/2, an extent of Ac.0.23 cents in Sy. 210/1, an extent of Ac.0.25 cents in Sy.No.213/1 and extent of Ac.0.55 cents in Sy.No.214/1 totaling an extent of Ac.2.12 cents situated at Pasalapudi village of Undrajavaram Mandal, West Godavari District without issuing any notice and without following due process of law. 2.
A counter affidavit is filed by the 3rd respondent stating that the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the said lands assigned to her by inheritance and the respondents have never interfered with possession and enjoyment of the lands of the petitioner. 3.
In view of the same no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. 4.
