Durga Prasad Rao) Heard learned counsel for the appellant, Sri O.Manohar Reddy, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and learned Government Pleader for Home representing respondents 3 to 7. 2.

Learned counsel for the appellant though would submit that by dint of impugned order, respondents 3 to 7 are unable to proceed with investigation in Cr.No.132 of 2018 of Chikkadpally Police Station and sought a direction to the police to proceed with investigation, however, could not show such a restraint in the order impugned.

On the other hand, learned Government Pleader for Home representing respondents 3 to 7 would assure that the investigation would be proceeded with as per law. 4.

In that view of the matter we find no merits in the appeal. So far as the dispute in respect of subject suit property or articles therein is concerned, the parties may agitate before the concerned Civil Court seeking appropriate reliefs.

Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall stand closed.
