THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.20364 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioners' grievance is with respect to not passing of orders by the second respondent - Joint Collector, Vikarabad District at Vikarabad, in Inam appeal No.F/2885/2019 filed by them on 12.09.2019.

The petitioners apprehend that either pending disposal of the appeal or pending passing of the interim order in the stay application, unofficial respondents may create third party interest in the subject land in order to multiply the litigation, and thereby, they pray for issuance of a direction to the second respondent to pass appropriate orders either in the stay application or in the appeal itself.

As it is not in dispute that the appeal filed by the petitioners is pending before the second respondent, the second respondent shall pass orders either in the stay application or in the subject appeal, by duly following the procedure and the principles of natural justice, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Subject to the above, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
