THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29594 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed for following relief:

"to issue an appropriate writ or direction, particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari, quash the impugned order of suspension from service and charge sheet issued vide common proceedings No.P2/255(1)/2015-NLG, dated 01.09.2015 as illegal, unjust, arbitrary, discrimination and in violation of Article 14, 16, 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently, the petitioner pray this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service along with all consequential benefits in the interest of justice and fair play."

02. When the matter is called, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent developments the purpose of the writ petition does not survive.

03. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs.
