THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19459 of 2013 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the first respondent in calling the petitioners to the Police Station without following due process of law.

This Court by order, dated 08.07.2013 directed the first respondent not to summon the petitioners to the Police Station without there being any crime registered against them. No counter-affidavit is filed till today.

In that view of the matter, interim order, dated 08.07.2013 is made as a final order in the Writ Petition. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed.
