THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.7310 of 2023 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Sections 439 (2) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C") seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondents/Accused Nos.1 & 2 vide order dated 13.07.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.201 of 2023, on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Asifabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-State and learned counsel for the respondents.

The State has preferred the present petition seeking cancellation of bail which was granted to respondents/A-1 and A-2. The bail orders were passed by the Sessions Court. When the application was filed, this Court directed the petitioners to appear before the Court on daily basis for the purpose of investigation.

On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been abiding by the conditions stipulated by this Court till date and most part of the investigation is complete.

In the said circumstances, this Court deems it appropriate to close the petition.

6.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is closed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
