This appeal is filed by the defendants, under section 100 CPC, assailing the judgment and decree dated 04.04.2003 in A.S.No.87 of 2000 on the file of V Additional District Court, Guntur. 2.

No representation on behalf of the appellants on 06.11.2018. Today also there is no representation on behalf of the appellants even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the matter. Learned counsel for the respondents present.

Hence, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
