THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR W.P.No.20624 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning inaction on the part of the respondents more particularly the 4th respondent in completing the investigation and filing report in FIR No.454 of 2017 dated 16.11.2017.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material on record.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, based on the written instructions dated 18.09.2019 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Subedari Police Station, submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.454 of 2017, under Sections 409, 420, 468, 471 IPC of Subedari Police Station on 06.11.2017 and during the course of investigation, LWs.1 to 24 were examined and their statements were recorded. Further it is submitted that accused A-1 to A-3 obtained anticipatory bail from the Court. During the course of investigation evidence of documents and other material from the A-3 and complainant were procured. It is also submitted that in this case investigation is completed; draft charge sheet is being prepared and after obtaining permission from the higher authorities charge sheet will be filed within a period of six weeks.

In that view of the matter, recording the said submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
