This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings initiated against petitioners/A9, A49, A98 & A99 in Crime No.120 of 2015 of Thondur Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 506 & 188 of IPC. When the matter is taken up, it is represented that the crime, which is sought to be quashed in this petition, has culminated in the Police completing the investigation and filing charge sheet after complying with the provisions under Section 41(a) of Cr.P.C.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this criminal petition, which is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Needless to observe that the petitioners are at liberty to avail all the remedies available under law.
