O R D E R
The grievance of the petitioner was that the Station House Officer, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District, the third respondent, was not taking any steps upon his complaints in relation to his life and his property in Plot No.93 in a layout situated in Sy.Nos.54-B, 55 and 60 of Madinaguda Village,
Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The Inspector of Police, Miyapur Police Station, Cyberabad, furnished written instructions dated 02.11.2015 to the office of the learned Government Pleader for Home stating that he had assumed charge as such on 22.10.2014 and basing on the record, he found that complaints dated 12.09.2012 and 07.10.2012 of the petitioner were not available. However, his written instructions were silent as regards the complaint said to have been made by the petitioner on 09.10.2015. Sri V.Surya Kiran Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, conceded that there was no evidence available with his client to demonstrate that the latest complaint had been received by the police authorities. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make a fresh complaint in the event any criminal law process has to be set in motion. Upon receipt of such complaint, the police authorities shall act in accordance with the directions issued by the Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI V/s. GOVERNMENT OF UTTAR PRADESH.
Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
