THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM APPEAL SUIT No. 516 OF 2016 J U D G M E N T :

Sri K.S. Murthy, learned counsel for the appellant has circulated the letter dated 22.07.2019 to the Registry stating that his client instructed him to withdraw the Appeal as they have arrived at a settlement outside the Court. Hence, the Appeal is taken up today.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel, permission is accorded to the appellant to withdraw the Appeal and it is accordingly, dismissed.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
