Heard Mr.E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar for petitioner and G.M.Mohuiddin for respondents.

The Bar Association, Kakinada, East Godavari District is the petitioner. The petitioner challenges the communication dated 03.05.2018 appointing an adhoc committee consisting of respondents 2 to 4. On 10.05.2018, this Court passed interim order restraining the adhoc committee from looking after the affairs of association. On 15.06.2018, election to the petitioner's bar association was conducted and newly elected body now is put in place. For both the reasons, namely by substituting the orders dated 10.05.2018 and also that election to the petitioner's association was conducted on 15.06.2018. The letter impugned in the writ petition cannot and could not be given effect to, vis-à-vis newly elected body in discharging its duties or functions.

Writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
