ORDER

This appeal is filed challenging the order dated 21.04.2015 passed in M.V.O.P.No.1997 of 2013 by the Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-XIII Additional Chief Judge (Fast Track Court), City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, Lok Adalat passed an award, dated 08.07.2017 and hence, no further orders need be passed in this appeal.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
