HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 4065 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner complains of inaction of respondent No.2, in spite of making two applications through Mee-Seva bearing No.MU11081120 and MU03559510, dated 09.11.2012 and 03.03.2014, respectively.

Apparently, since the said applications required to be heard and disposed of within 45 days, as per the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971, if no orders are passed by the 2nd respondent so far on either of the two applications referred to above, the 2nd respondent shall examine the same and pass appropriate orders within 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed. ___________________________
